Your Order
Cancellation
If you change your mind about your order you can cancel it at any time before it has been dispatched. Payment will be refunded at the first available convenience after the request is made.
Returns
If you have received your order and wish to cancel, you can do this up to 30 days starting from the day after receiving your order. Refunds will be made upon receiving the order back. If the order has been damaged or unnecessarily tampered with by you, so that it is in unsellable condition, there will only be a partial refund or full return of the order back to you. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty
I will cover my install service work for up to 6 months and mod kits up to 3 month. If you believe my install service work or mod kit has developed a fault, please contact me. In 99% of cases, going through a few testing procedures over email will result in the console or mod kit working as intended. Failing this, the console or kit can be returned for testing. If it is deemed the fault is from poor workmanship by me or failure of a component that I installed or that is part of one of my mod kits, you have the option of a replacement mod kit, a repair of the faulty install service, or a full refund. If there is no fault, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of your console (no service charge). If it is deemed the fault is due to improper handling by you, the warranty will be null and void and you will be responsible for all shipping costs including the return of your console (no service charge). It is your responsibility to make sure a return is posted and reaches me.
You will be required to pay for the cost of return shipping initially, but this can be reimbursed depending on the results of the procedure set out in the previous paragraph. I will not send out replacement mod kits before the original has been returned for testing.
Liability
All my mod kits have been fully tested and function for their intended use. I am not responsible for any damage to your console or equipment that comes from improper preparation and installation of my mod kits, or from the use of my install guides. All risks associated with you modifying your consoles are entirely your responsibility.
I will do my best to create install guides for all the mod kits I sell, but this takes time, especially when consoles have multiple revisions and I do not have access to them all. For this reason, if you do not currently know how to do a particular install, it is up to you to check to see if an install guide exists on this website or via a search engine before making a purchase. A sale in no way obligates me to do this for you. I will try help where I can but this can only be on my schedule. I can not always provide instant help when you are in a bind.
Install Service: Shipping your console to me
If you purchase an install service you will be required to send your console to me. You are liable for the loss or damage of a package that is coming to me. Please see the Shipping Info page for details on how to box up your console so it is protected during shipping.
Install Service: Shipping your console back to you
On completion of the install service work, I will send your console back to you. I am liable for the loss or damage of a package that is being returned to you. Please see the Shipping Info page for available shipping services and prices.
Incorrect Order Info
I have no obligation to refund or replace an order if the order was made with an incorrect address and has been lost as a consequence of this. Make sure that all information is entered correctly when making an order. Also check this information on your order receipt email. If there are any mistakes I will need notifying immediately. Mistakes can not be corrected after posting.
Shipment Forwarding Companies
Contact me to make me aware that you are using a forwarding company as your address. I will only send to shipping forwarding companies with tracked shipping. If tracked shipping has not been purchased at checkout the order will be held until the extra payment has been received. Contact me if tracked shipping is not available at checkout. The order is considered fulfilled once the forwarding company receives the delivery. Any failure in delivery from the forwarding company is entirely between you and the forwarding company.
Schedule
Work
I aim to complete all work within the week the console was received, unless it is a Friday. If I receive your console on a Friday, the work will usually be done in the next week. Work is done Monday to Friday. Sometimes work is done on Saturday, but this is at my discretion.
Shipping
I will aim to get your package in the post the same week it has been completed. If this is not possible it will be posted early in the next week. Sometimes I can get to the post office on Saturday, but this is at my discretion.
Sometimes it is not possible to keep to a strict timetable for work completion. For this reason, three weeks is the official and max allowable time for all mod work to be completed. In the event that work is not done within this time, you have the right to cancel and I will return the console and issue a full refund.
