Dual clock mod for the Sega Saturn to turn it into a real multi-region console.

Currently the console revision compatibility is unknown and there are no guides for the majority of motherboard revisions. No guarantee it will work with all revisions. Only buy if you are willing to take the risk, put in the work for your install, and help contribute in a positive way to the console modding community by sharing your knowledge.

I only program these with standard clock frequencies. It will require the install to be completely isolated from any pulldowns and pullups and jumpers so that the video rate, DFO, and PLL are all controlled by a switch or switchless region mod.
