Postage Info
I am located in the UK and all items are posted direct from me using Royal Mail. You will receive an email once posted followed by a second email with tracking details if you purchased a tracked postage option.
Postage is not free. I don’t hide the postage price into the price of each product. This way you only pay once for postage per order.
Mod kits are posted out in boxes or padded envelopes depending on the type of kit or quantity. Any kit with loose metal parts such as AV connectors will go in a box as standard. All precautions are taken to ensure the mod kits are protected during their travel to you.
Postage prices include everything used to ensure the mod kits arrive at their destination safely. This is carefully calculated from the raw postage cost + box or padded envelope + internal packing material. No profit is made on postage.
These prices are as cheap as I can get them. I do not currently meet the sending volume criteria for a Royal Mail business account which might allow for cheaper postage options. Buy more kits, help me grow. 🙂

EU Country Specific Value Added Tax (%): EU VAT is paid at checkout on the value of the items, duties, fees, and postage. It is calculated at your country’s VAT percent. This tax is then paid to the EU via an IOSS Tax Intermediary scheme. This VAT will show as a separate line in the checkout totals.
EU IOSS Filing: IOSS Tax Intermediary Schemes come with a fee. Either a monthly fee or a per order fee. I have calculated this to around £1.30 per order. This fee will show as a separate line in the checkout totals.
EU Customs Duty: There is a new 3 Euro (£2.70) customs duty for importing low value goods into the EU. This duty will show as a separate line in the checkout totals.
EU Customs Handling: Royal Mail are charging a £1 customs handling fee. This fee will show as a separate line in the checkout totals.
All these taxes, duties, and fees make the postage cost to the EU the highest in the world. I will do my best to reduce this price over time if better options become available. Many stores will just increase product prices, so you are in effect paying this multiple times. I will only add it once.

USA Customs Tariff: A customs tariff of 10% is paid at checkout on the value of the items.
Royal Mail USA Customs Tariff Fee: Royal Mail have added a 50p customs tariff processing fee. I have added this to the postage price.
